Day 1 | Welcome to Italy!

  • 1:00pm | Be at Florence airport for shuttle

  • 1:30-1:45pm | Shuttle departs (1 hour and 15 minute drive)

  • 3:00-5:00pm | Check-in to villa

  • 5:30-9:00pm | Poolside welcome party

    • dinner and drinks included

Day 2 | It’s Wedding Day!

  • 8:30-10:30am | Breakfast is provided

  • 12:30-2:30pm | Light lunch buffet is provided

  • 4:00pm | Guests are welcomed to the ceremony

  • 4:30pm | Ceremony in the garden

  • 5:00-6:30pm | Apéritif in the lawn

  • 6:45-8:30pm | Dinner in circle drive

  • 8:30-11:00pm | Dancing in the lawn

Day 3 | Recovery

  • 8:30-10:30am | Breakfast is provided

  • 11:00am-3:00pm | Pool party and lunch

  • 4:30pm-10:00pm | Free time and a night into town

    • meal is up to the guest this evening

  • 8:30-10:30am | Breakfast is provided

  • 10:00am-11:00am | Check out of villa

  • 11am | Shuttle departure back to airport subject to change based on guests departure information
