May 22 | Welcome to Italy!
1:00pm | Be at the Florence airport for shuttle
1:30-1:45pm | Shuttle departs (1 hour and 15 minute drive)
3:00-5:00pm | Check in to villa
5:30-8:30pm | Poolside welcome party
(dinner and drinks)
8:30 | Free time!
Welcome Party Attire: Casual Italian Chic (think light, stylish, and comfortable. Examples: breezy dresses or polished separates, smart casual shirts with tailored trousers)
May 23 | It’s Wedding Day!
8:30-10:30am | Breakfast is provided in the villa cafe
12:00-2:30pm | Light lunch buffet is provided
4:00pm | Guests are welcomed to the ceremony
4:30pm | Ceremony in the garden
5:00-6:30pm | Apéritif in the lawn
6:30-8:30pm | Dinner under the lights
9:00pm-12am | Dessert and dancing at the panoramic terrace
Wedding Day Attire: Italian Garden Formal (think outdoor formalwear with an Italian twist. Examples: flowing dresses, floral or summery palettes with personality, tailored suits in breathable fabrics, linen suits)
may 24 | Recovery
8:30-10:30am | Breakfast is provided in the villa cafe
11:00am-3:00pm | Recovery Day - Pool party
12:00pm-3:00pm | drinks and lunch provided by the poolside
4:30pm-10:00pm | Free time and a night out in San Gimignano!
For anyone choosing to stay onsite the villa cafe will be open for dinner purchases from 7:00-10:30pm.
Pool Party Attire: Casual Italian Poolside (think “pool-ready” inspired by Italian flair. Example: Striped one-piece or neutral swim shorts with a loose-fitting button down, head bandana, light accessories or coverups.)
